Kyle Anderson PG (UCLA)

Minor issue with the Anderson visit that the bigeastcoastbias guy missed - it was on 8/20/10, not 8/20/11.
 
Just because he lives a few minutes over in NJ doesn't mean he sees it as a dividing line. This is still home. Don't think that because he lives in NJ doesn't mean he needs to stay in that state if it is not the best fit for him. Case in point, here's a quote from Anderson's game this week over team USA:

“New York players are tough,” Anderson said. “A lot of people think that we can’t compete with the rest of the country, but we just showed it right now.”

He did use "we" in reference to Ny players...

Don't fool yourself, no person from North Jersey doesn't see a dividing line between NY/NJ and people from South Jersey forget about it..that being said I think when speaking to the rest of the country/basketball world, as KA's comments probably were IMO, that line is insignificant.

With the recent events though I am confident in SJU's chances with KA but just be happy Mike Rice already has 15 PG's on the RU roster or else that Jersey pride that pmg referred to might be in full effect right now & we might all still be talking about Mitch McGary (great player but no KA!) instead :)

North Jersey dividing line?

He lives in Hudson County where it's faster to get to midtown than any place south of Prospect Park, west of Jackson Heights or north of Inwood. And don't get me started on Staten Island.
