Wild revelation from Mark J re Walter Berry

Hate to be the guy who fact checks, but in his junior year, Walter only had two games where he didn’t score double figures.
8 points @UConn
7 points vs BC, sprained ankle in first half and did not return.

So Mark must be talking about the UConn game on January 19, 1986. A one point 61-60 win at Hartford Civic Center. That was our 19th game of the season.

Our 5th game of the season against Wagner, the truth poured in 25 points.

Come on Jax.

We gotta get Alumni Hall to weigh on on this in general. He's probably seen some pretty good fights in and after practice too

How did Storr do? 🤣

A bit below the 17+ per game he's been averaging over the period in question. Most teams in the country would be glad to have him. Only a soph and likely a 4 year player with his stats? Question becomes are his stats from 3 this year an aberration or a regression to the norm.

Boise State beat New Mexico last night. Stanley went 24 and 13. Of the seven Mountain West schools in contention for bids at the moment, New Mexico is fading. The other six will sort things out at the MW Tournament. UNLV had a poor start, but now has 18 wins and did beat Creighton.
