The paint and around the basket is where we should expect improvement. The mid range is very good

This is great. Is there an actual shot chart. Maybe by game? Since a cumulative would be a mess.

Here's the cumulative filtering out all the cupcakes. Includes all the games we've played vs the high major teams + New Mexico.
I've seen lots of chatter lately here about getting Zuby the ball more down low. And while I agree Zuby should get more touches overall, throwing him the ball down low and letting him go to work isn't likely to work too well.Put him at the foul line or have him flash there. Devon will get him the ball there. He's other unstoppable or would dump it down to Zuby and/or even Vince or Reuben for easy buckets. Why not?
Great stuff. What site is this.View attachment 3727

Looks like 10 for 22 from midrange. I'm still not remembering how ugly the 12 misses look
If he gives that same effort on the offensive glass, we will be very tough to beat. I don't understand the discrepancy. He hasn't been serving up our shooters like he is capable either. Both are correctable.Man guys, how about everyone else today?
Right now in a game we are getting killed on the glass, KR has 6 D boards while the rest of our guys have 10 combined.
He served up 4/5 against butler that were great looks and unfinished. If he gives that same effort on the offensive glass, we will be very tough to beat. I don't understand the discrepancy. He hasn't been serving up our shooters like he is capable either. Both are correctable.

What's yours?I'm getting the feeling folks have different definitions of mid range.
Thats not even half of his normal. He sets the table like a butler. He served up 4/5 against butler that were great looks and unfinished.
From 6 ft to inside FT range at the college level. I guess it depends if you break it down to three levels of shooting or four. I choose four. Layups, mid range, outside jumpers and 3's. Not saying I'm right just the way I look at things. We know KR's range doesn't extend to 15 ft right now but I'm comfortable with him shooting from my definition of midrange. What's yours?
Mine is a jump shot around the perimeter of the key and inside the 3 pt arch.
There are a lot of blue dots inside the key but I don't consider those mid range.
Well he had 6 that were convertedThats not even half of his normal. He sets the table like a butler.
I consider anything within a half step inside the 3pt line a terrible look, I’d consider anything from there to 6 feet a mid range shot. Closer than that an inside look, and rarely taken in the form of a jumpshot. From 6 ft to inside FT range at the college level. Agree; for me it's foul line distance into 6 feet from the hoop.I get it. I just see a big difference between 6'1" and 20'6". Pretty broad range there.
What would you consider a 17 foot jump shot?Agree; for me it's foul line distance into 6 feet from the hoop.
