Isaiah might've turned out to be a dodged bullet

We have our own bullet

Do any of our kids fear for their safety?

He was talking about Iona.

Everyone seems to be talking about them these days

They are not even talked about in New Rochelle.

Tonights game has more juice than any St Johns game this year outside of Duke.

Only juice Iona game tonight has is the sugary drinks that the Iona Cheerleaders like to drink

Cmon Maher, you know you will be watching tonight

Yeah, #62 v #213 RPI has them all aflutter, well at least in a few homes in New Rochelle.

Yet both coaches have people drooling in Queens. Go figure

Either coach would complete the mid-majorization of the program. I know you live in Queens so I guess your statement is correct, but no one knowledgeable feels that way.

If we don't make the tourney and we do not get Diallo, do you want Lavin back?

Lavin doesn't deserve to be back. But I sure as hell don't want any of those two coaches here.

Not my first choice either, but if no tourney / no Diallo I would like to go in a different direction and bring in a good game coach who recruits to his system and not necessarily the best available ESPN top 100 kid. If you want to call that "mid-majorization", then I personally would not have a problem with it.

Having it on record that you felt unsafe is a good way to petition to transfer without penalty. . .

LMFAO!!! The only juice for another cupcake match will be passed around in the parking lot by some sorry ass Iona fans. They even have a favorite wine to go with their cupcakes.

Is Butler consider a mid major?

Depends on if you view the BE as a mid major.

Can you be a mid major in a major conf?

Listen, I understand why the schedule makers in Queens don't answer those calls from New Rochelle. Wasn't pretty last time

Listen, there are just so many low to mid majors St. John's can add to their schedule. We needed to make room for Duke, Syracuse, Gonzaga and the Minnesotas of the world while you were losing to Wofford.

Wofford is 20-6. How's that D2 win helping out?

Serious question, do you consider Buter,Creighton, Xavier majors or mid majors?

Your shtick is getting old. All of your posts show your mastery in the art of hyperbole, in the way you talk up Iona and talk down SJU. In no way does tonight's game get anything other than a mention.

Heck, I don't even think you care. Afterall, you are always posting on SJU boards.

If Iona stopped making collect phone calls maybe they would answer :)

Why is this troll even allowed to post here? He adds absolutely nothing other than attempting to troll good St. John's fans while obviously circumventing the system by creating this new handle as a previously banned poster. Why even have rules if they aren't enforced?

Have no idea where you get that from, except from your efficiency in hyperbole.

Just because I do not troll Iona boards, does not mean I am ok with not getting in "the big boy dance." You come here like you are Mike Wallace breaking a news story that this program is a mess.

Baldi - save your shtick for the jungle board.

Everyone else - keep this thread on topic, please.

are there even Iona boards to troll?....that statement in itself seems comical to me.

Maybe "Ricky Smith" can troll the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans board by bragging that the Iona debacle in the play in game vs BYU was a bigger disaster than the Wild Card game in the Early 1990s vs the Bills because the Iona postseason NCAA Tournament history really doesnt have any other highlights (or wins)....i would think he would "troll" the Manhattan boards since they are obviously the more successful team from the MAAC

I live in Long Island

No you live ON Long Island. You live in a town or village. PS Queens is ON Long Island as well.

When was I banned? And if you check the thread, I never brought up Iona
