Not sure if this was already written, but Noel dropped Providence. If part of their sales job was that Jakarr would be playing next to him, it's no longer applicable.
"......" (whatever that means}Still waiting for this good news regarding Sampson! Also what is choz saying about our recruiting? He seems very tuned in!!!
Hello TIS, Any idea if Steve is up there tonight? Thanks !
By the way, Hayes just lost in OT to St. Ray's by a point at St. John's in the Intersectionals.
JSJ, do you know who won The Cross/ Mount game? Can't find the score anywhere.
From SJU 79 on JJ
"I understand that im losing all credability here but since I dont know this kid im only reporting what I hear from people I trust.. Just spoke with a guy at Brewster who SWEARS that Jakarr has not only not eliminated SJU but they are right near the top. The kids on the roster are all over him to come and join in and that is really working on him. He says Fla not really an option, the wow factor of KU is wearing off but Prov is literally ALL OVER him. His guess was a 2 way tie between SJU and Prov with KU close behind and all else out of the picture. Guy also mentioned Norvel is having Issues(not physical health) so as decent people perhaps we could lay off the insults on him and keep him in our prayers"
If its between us and Providence then I feel real good about where we stand. Not a shot at them or to say they couldn't beat us for him because they could but we have much more to offer him then they do. Time will tell

It's hard to have credibility when you can't spell credibility. That being said -- I sure hope he's on to something

Spelling police I see
Correct me if I am wrong but I recall that poster "SJU 79" the "insider" who said 2 weeks ago that Mr. Sampson had eliminated St.John's.
I know these are just kids, I just wish JaKarr had the loyalty of Amir. This whole thing would have been over along time ago. Hope we see him in red and white.

I was really hoping this guy was banned after not noticing him for a while.

“It has to be a perfect fit,” Sampson said. “That’s what got to be perfect. If it’s not right you’ll be unhappy. The ideal fit is a team that will let me play defense, get after it, play up tempo and let me get after.”
“That’s the tough part. You start looking at the rosters and where you can see yourself fit in: who got who, who’s coming in behind you. I’m a competitor so I don’t think about that aspect a lot but it kind of do think about it.”
