Hmmmmmmm.... The link has been removed, as I checked it. If they offer Morton a job, then we can't nor should compete with it.

Don't forget the last part of what I wrote...still holding out hope. It just seems everything is contradictory right now. Rumors of a coaching job offered to Morton by SHU, late night chats about playing with Briscoe, the "shock the world" tweet by Whitehead...all of that makes it sound like SHU. But then Zags tweets it appears to be a done deal and people would be shocked if it wasn't SJU. Ugh.

Come on man, stay home. Like the Post said the other day, it would be a nice change of pace for us to keep McD AA's. Nice to see Harkless pushing recruits towards SJU being very visible and proud of where he comes from. If we don't get him at least we can rest assured we did everything we could...Baron Davis, Harkless, nice day in Manhattan, pitching the city, new jerseys, new branding, plus Lavin is among the best closers.

Like I stated a bit earlier.... If that is Seton Hall's plan to nab Whitehead, then so be it.

It's either a job for Morton or some other 'pot sweetener.' Why else would the plot thicken at the 11th hour? Unless, they are just some rumors going around to hype up the announcement.

You missed the other rumor floating around. It mentioned Seton Hall moving their entire campus from South Orange, to Coney Island in order to allow Whitehead to be really close to home. The problem was the NYC Buildings Department couldn't approve construction of this size in 24 hours.

I guess Brazille's sources were bluffing when they said it was just due to technical issues that Antigua was taken down from the site. Looks like a done deal in my mind...between Whitehead's shock the world tweet and now Morton off the PSAL website, things have certainly turned back in SHU's favor. I don't get the people saying shock the world means us...it would make sense for him to stay home...so shock the world makes me think SHU or Minnesota. SHU because no one major commits there, and Minnesota because it's a random school in the middle of nowhere.
