Harrison suspended rest of the year

Lenn Robbins tweeting it as well. Says conduct detrimental to the team, and that Harrison is meeting with family to decide whether or not to return next year.

Well those of you who constantly killed the kid, I hope you enjoy having a 35% now having to take an even bigger part in the offense.

I was just about to send a post saying that I don't expect Harrison to be back next season. I'd like to see him back, but I think he transfers at season's end. Well.... There is that open scholarship, if Jordan wants to come.

Too early to tell what he will end up doing. I'd like him to be back because he would probably be our leading scorer again, but not if he doesn't lose the attitude.

Im sure the real reason for this will come out eventually, I hope he doesn't transfer out, has a good future with us but in definite need of an attitude adjustment.

It's good to see Lavin does not play around and wont tolerate crap from his players, unlike other coaches that look the other way ala Boeheim.

Lavin is making a statement that no player is above the team no matter the point of the season or their talents, I commend him for this even if it means not making the tournament this year.

Just as we get some good news, here comes a kick in the nuts to bring us back to reality.

You know what, though? I'm curious to see how the team responds to his suspension. I hope they show some resilience, and play better without him.

Yeah, this is reaaly unbelieveable.

But, his performance and body language over the past 7 or 8 games has been attrocious, and it was obvious that he was not on the same page as the staff. Tghis kid could be SO GOOD, but he needs to mature, bot as a bb player and person.

If he stays, that's fine by me because you're not going to replace his scoring easily. If he leaves, it is a big hit, both to the team, and to the staff, and I asume other recruits will take notice.

For his sake, I hope he does not opt to go to the draft, unless he is willig to go play in Europe or elsewhere. He could go undrafted. If he wants to leave, he should transfer; he's not ready for the NBA.

The black cloud thing is real.

cant say im surprised by this. something is always going on w this kid. i hope he stays for next season, but to be honest we played alot of games without him this season...

Agree with this post.
