After a great first half, actually hitting a theee with some great passes, in the second half, he not only missed every outside shot he took, he threw the ball away at least twice. I think his problem may be that he loses focus at some point during the game.

Man not greatest finish but how nice to deliver a stern beating to Gtown. So many times in 2000s we were on other end of getting absolutely bullied and humiliated by JTIII Hoya teams. Not to mention Cooley taking extra special enjoyment in beating us down at providence.
To give it back tonight and leave Cooley in a moribund empty arena and their fans with their own existential crisis is excellent!
What Cooley did in leaving his hometown team to go in conference is unconscionable. He deserves to flame out big and I think he will. I mean if sorber and Mack leave he’s right back in same place. I’m not sure his program building, leader of men style works in portal era. Anyway suck it Cooley!

Unbelievable defensive team and Kadary getting right has leveled them up from good team to a very good team. If they can fold Smith back in without rocking the boat too much anything is possible. Why not?

I’m not sure what’s crazier: the fact we pulled off the undefeated month, or that this was what we were supposed to do.
Either way, win this weekend and then the real challenge starts. I think the team is more than up to it, but our resume will be highly highly impacted by the Marquette/@Uconn/@Nova/Creighton.
