FBI found major violations...

Kansas also seems to be involved re De Sousa.
Is the NCAA pursuing these allegations at all colleges allegedly implicated in the FBI investigation, are they waiting for the FBI to finish, or have they already ‘punted’ and will do nothing?
I think I know the answer but had to ask!

Okay, but if indictments and convictions occur, the schools involved--after benefiting by allowing these 'crimes'--don't get sanctioned by the sports Governing Organization?

No doubting the ethical breaches involved, and violation of NCAA rules, but what federal statute was potentially violated? I'm guessing fraud somehow involved.
