Soriano has been great so far. Assertive and aggressive on the offensive end and a glass cleaner on the defensive end.

Mathis has been the quiet cool. Gets his points, plays great d and doesn't make costly mistakes. 0lus he stepped up and made 2 very important late game free throws like it was nothing.

Stanley played really well last night. Hope he continues to build on this game because he could be a difference maker off the bench spelling Soriano or going a little bigger along side of him.

Posh is Posh. Stuffs the stat sheet and plays great d.

Curbelo is Curbelo. Maddening at times but the potential, fearlessness and the d are off the charts.

Jones is a guy that will always find a way to get his and is a better defender than he gets credit for.

Storr is coming along quickly and will be getting more minutes if his progress continues.

Wusu...oh boy...he had a really bad game past night. He needs to make hi.self into a 3 and d guy because he should never drive to the basket.

Overall I am really happy with the win and feel that's the kind of game we found ways to lose last year. Now let's back it up by pinning an L on the cuse

wasu starts his drive to far from the hoop. the bad guys know what he's up to. when he starts closer to the hoop he comes up with some really good passes. No doubt the staff want to keep the good stuff when belo and wasu are concerned.

The defense is turning him into a finisher, which he is not. He made a crucial drive and dump off to Soriano for a dunk in the second half. Doesn’t happen if he’s not driving to the hoop. But agree with everyone that last night he was one of the low points for his career. By no means am I giving up on him or think he should be regulated to out of the rotation.

The beauty of this year's team is that this depth allows a key player like posh to have an off night and others are capable to stepping up.

It's interesting because Posh had a rough night shooting but he had 6 assists and only 1 to and added 6 rebounders (kid is tough as nails). Curbelo didn't shoot much better and turned it over 6 times but added energy out the wazzoo (electrifying kid). They need to settle into their roles when they're on the court together but so far so good. No L's til Xmas is my present expectations. The rest of the top 7 all are playing within themselves and producing to or beyond expectations. I fear DAW will continue to run hot and cold but he's still valuable. Need a little more organization and patience on offense and they'll be cooking with gas.

I hear ya. Big jet fan! Still could not believe that run back
Called my brother after the game to say "Just when I think I'm finally out, they rope me back in." Been telling people for years I used to watch pro football but now I am still a Jets fan. Noticed multiple examples of tacklers not wrapping up and runners getting lots of extra yardage.

Got to agree with a number of the folks who don't need Prozac. Was there last night but after midnight, it's too late for me to open up this (or any) thread. I am glad to see Mathis get some appreciation. Would suggest all in game posters go back and think about what you wrote. It is quite enlightening.

The best name for our team is Team Chaos. The crazier they get the better they play. despite Temple's early success, I thought we came out with energy, something lacking in the Nebraska game. The college game is 40 minutes not 20. Our stamina is a difference maker. So sit back tonight and throw down some booze with the Prozac; you will be mellower. Then when the game is over, come on and complain if we get a negative result.

I just re-watched last nights game we missed 10 pretty much un contested layups, we clean that we will be a very good basketball team.....

Damn, Richmond up 14 on Temple with four minutes to go? So much for Temple. Was hoping that would be a resume building win but apparently not.
