Really hard to be happy about this win. We were dominated in the 2nd half.

Not particularly happy how we played midway through the 2nd half, but I'm good. Take the win and move on.

Definitely will take the win. Just not nearly as optimistic about the Marquette game as I was at the end of the first half.

He did bk, I agree. I think it was a combination of wanting to make up for the 1-11 shooting against Xavier and not having Rysheed there. I expect better decisions from him going forward as long as we can sustain a full roster with no more main rotation guys missing games. We've had Obepka, miss games, Sanchez out against Villanova which might have cost us that game because Obepka wasn't 100% either. then Rysheed misses this game. Branch missed some games. we need all hands on deck from here on in.

While I didn't like all the shots, I like the fact that he tried to carry the team rather than just being passive and watching us give up the lead. He is the closest we have to a go to guy.

Understood Simplyred, I definitely accept that. I'm just saying that from here on out we can't afford to have anything happen. If it does it does, I get it. I just don't thi nk we will be able to accomplish what we are trying to accomplish if one of our main rotation guys comes up lame or something. I'm actually pretty confident that we can get 3 more wins if we can keep it all together.

What you guys think about Marquette? 50/50? As of now, I'm 40/60. Lineup been out of whack w/ Obekpa, Sanchez, Jordan missing time. I know you can't control that, obviously. I just hope we didn't peak in G'town game. I feel like we are just hanging on....

That's why I said that I am confident we can get the three more wins we need and get on another roll if we can keep everyone in the lineup. I think having these guys out has thrown off the continuity a little bit here. I think we can get it back though if everyone plays.

Just got back from the game, attendance was pretty much what I expected. Crowd was pretty loud at times. Overall, it was a must win and we got it. Obviously knew it wasn't going to be as smooth with Rysheed.
