Yea, but it worked out well enough. No one ever thought we were losing this game. We won comfortably. He tinkered with lineups continually to get kids run and look at different combinations. We didn’t beat the spread and didn’t separate more early 2nd when it looked like we were going to, but it wasn’t like it was a nail biter either.

Smith is a talented kid and I’m sure wants to play beyond this year. That should be motivation in and of itself.

Totally agree. Particularly with us facing the speedy guard from Mich who killed us and our season last year.

This game was never in doubt, so if there was ever a time to send a message to Smith, and to the entire team as to the repercussions of crossing Pitino, it was now.

There was NO WAY Smith was gonna play vs Harvard... speaking back to any Coach during an actual game (if* thats what happened) should warrant a "punishment".... now esp with a guy like Rick... 0 chance he would see the floor.

Seeing clips of he Harvard game- Smith was involved and cheering on the Bench. That was my biggest takeaway vs Harvard... Smith looked engaged and happy for the guys making plays.

We need this kid to be playing if we are going to make some noise.

Seeing Jaiden stroke it (he's not afraid to shoot) - would love to see him spotting up on Smith drives
