Honest question could winning a game like this save Anderson's job
Honestly it's possible. Let's face it Anderson has a few years left and if he can make a late season run. However he did the ole point to center field for home run stance at the beginning of season. Without a tourney appearance he has to go. Best team ever he stated and we barely survived DePaul. I strongly feel he is gone and doesn't take 40 minutes of hell to get there

I hear you and don't disagree but if we were to win 3 of next 4 (19 regular seasons wins which is unlikely for sure) and make the NIT it seems unlikely they make a change this year.

Only way he leaves is if someone big wants the job...So we'll see him for the foreseeable future.

I think it’s possible that CMA has heard the fan drums , knows that Soriano is gone after this year , expects a few defections from this team that would be difficult to overcome next year and could have a even worse season next year . To sum up, Mike looks to negotiate a Retirement package below his buy out terms and goes into Retirement or takes the Tulsa job , if offered . Just a wild guess . And , with transferring to other teams in the BE already established , could Posh wind up at Seton Hall, PC , etc ? It’s a question and speculation . Would he benefit from a year with a new Coach ? The answer to that seems obvious .

Well this would be our third win of the season over a ranked team. So my answer is "maybe"
Here's my "fear" if you will.

From what I have heard Mike Anderson is gone without an NCAA tournament appearance.

But I wonder if we finish the season 18-13, and then make the semifinals of the BET, lose a close one, finish 20-14, people within the program get all hype about a 20 win season. We accept an NIT invite. Win a game. Does that start to change the narrative for the powers that be? Who knows.

I hope not personally. I want to move on.

Not dancing after 4 years w Mike’s best team (as he noted) and year 5 likely the same, hopefully is the litmus test. I think it will be.

thats how I feel too. I just know how narratives can often spin out of control if we finish the year with some big wins. which is a weird feeling, because seeing us win is fun. But an NIT run saving Mike Anderson's job would frustrate me. Feels like program needs a reset

If, as many suggest, any new coach is going to come with serious questions about whether they can turn things around I'm not concerned about "too much winning" between now and the end of the season. On top of not being too concerned about "too much winning" because when does that happen at SJU?

Wouldn't be the first time a run in the NIT would be a bad thing for STJ. Hatten carrying the team to the NIT title likely saved Jarvis' job when he surely should have been fired. But they waited 8 months, which begat Pittsburgh, which begat Norm.

Below 125 , been going to Carnesecca for 40+

they have 3 temps: Very hot. Extremely hot and scorching. lol. It’s never changed
For some reason when I was young it never bothered me but holy cow around when Norm started that's when it started and just gets worse. I'm looking forward to my golden years whenever I start going on blood thinners and everything is cold to me
