If Xavier felt like they were doing Sean Miller a favor and that they were entitled to some semblance of loyalty from him they should have made him agree to an exorbitant buyout figure when they hired him. I’m sure Xavier got a decent chunk from Texas for the buyout but if you think you have leverage over a guy where he owes you his loyalty you put it in the terms of the contract. They clearly didn’t so they needed him just as much as he needed them. Move on
