It's about staying in proper defensive position unless you have to help. We over help which leads to wide open shooters. Wide open shooters means you can't close under control and leads to fouling three point shooters or dribble penetration. I am slow as crap on the basketball court and anyone with quickness can go around me. But, I usually am the correct position to start with. We do not need to cheat to help against Chaminade.
