Agree completely. No way of telling at this point if it was the right move, but at least I feel as though the school is willing to make the tough calls in an attempt to elevate the standing of the basketball program. At the same time, we don't actually know whether the deal they were offering was better, worse or the same as the deal that Lavin originally signed. All we know(sort of) is that it wasn't enough for Lavin.
