The key distinction being AT CARNESECCA (Alumni Hall). Obviously several victories over top 10 teams at MSG - G'Town, Duke...

Fantastic win over a very good Butler team. Staff and players should be very proud. Loved the defensive intensity tonight.

BTW, a much nod to CM in the final minutes there. Saw Bashir playing selfish basketball and yanked him out of the game. Didn't see him for the remainder. That's coaching baby!

Great effort all around, including staff and fans. CA looked like it was jumping.

And to think that at the start of the season we all dismissed Owens as a minor role player and Williams a non-entity.

It might be premature, but I think they should consider hanging Ponds' "Legacy" jersey from the rafters.

As for LoVett, he sure didn't look unhappy to me.

Mixed bag for Bashir and mostly good but forced and Mullin good call reigning him in. Which is what he needs. When he is playing smart he is doing good things for us and we would not have been in the game without his effort.

Two wins in a row (Syracuse @ Syracuse & Butler) is not luck.

This young team is coming together nicely which is a positive reflection on Coach Mullin and his hard working staff. Yeah, the team is a work in progress and will still likely lose games they should win, but improvement is undeniable.

Mullin and his staff are not as dumb as many of the many grey haired posters on this site believe.
