Branch

Any muscular injury causing a level discomfort that was obviously significant, is going to take a minimum of two weeks. I agree, we have to put him on the shelf and hope he is ready for the NCAA tourney.

I'm hearing it's a hip flexor injury not a groin injury which can take longer to heal (think Piazza) . A minor hip flexor should have him out for one game at best, unless of course it's a major hip flexor.

Piazza's had his groan muscle almost completely tear away from the bone. Everyone all together OUCH!!!!

I had a pretty mild one in spring before my senior year of HS. I did not miss any games, but it bothered me for pretty much the whole season, which in HS is really only 2 months and probably had Pace questioning the scholarship they gave me. When I got there they definitely questioned it for different reasons.

Great typo. That is what Ron Jeremy calls his money maker. :p

Like where you were going there, but it is the clinical term I guess.

@NYPost_Brazille: Jamal Branch (mild groin strain) unlikely to play Wednesday. Not believed to be major. #sjubb

I thought it would be completely out of the question, so "unlikely" good to see. I hope they can win though without him vs. Marquette.

He got Harrison's back Saturday. Harrison will get his back against Marquette.

Good news. Groin, hamstrings, hip flexor, hell if we wait long enough it will probably be his arm.

even if he is feeling better sit him wed and if we win then sit him saturday since its playing with house money and get him ready for the big east tourney

Watch Lavin pull Henderson's redshirt over the Branch injury. :p

YOURS WAS MINOR AND YOU PLAYED. SO WOULD YOU SAYING PLAYING WHAT % WAS YOUR GAME 80 90% OR LESS OBIVIOUSLY YO WERE NOT CAPABLE of doing your best

75% Going side to side was miserable. They had to move me from short to third. Couldn't imagine trying to play point guard. Win tomorrow would be huge for many reasons obviously, but if we do win tomorrow, you could sit him until NCAA tourney depending on how he feels.
