The master of stirring the pot at work.

The NY Post continues to be nothing more than a last ditch resort replacement for toilet paper.  Slightly OT but also the majority of media members for that matter and their entitlement is baffling.

Is the game going to be televised?

Which game?
This thread is weeks old.
TV games haven't been announced yet. Heck BE dates haven't been announced.

Moose, any chance the St. Francis game is a home game for SJU ticket holders?
On the schedule the school has on the athletic department's website they have it bolded like our other home games.
I assume it won't be, but was just curious what other people think?

Interesting. That'd be great if it happens. Obviously that game is one of 3 being played at Barclays that day, so it'd be nice if it was single admission for the whole festival.

Here it is: http://www.bigeast.org/News/tabid/4...6-Percent-of-League-Games-on-National-TV.aspx

Will they be serving brunch at that 11 am Gorgetown game??

Besides that, it's a fair schedule. Rough stretch at the beginning of February, but other then that, the games are spaced out nicley between the "elite" and "not-so-elite" opponents.

We also get a 3-game homestand in league play, which is very rare. I also like playing just two games over a 2-week stretch in February. Will get us nice and rested for the big push come March, IMO.

50% of the schedule could be on national TV (15 games) depending on how they do in Charleston.

I counted 13 games on national television. 11 of 18 conference games and im sure the majority of those 7 left will be on sny/msg. This isnt counting the Charleston classic which I believe gives us a chance for two more national televised games. Not bad

I don't mind playing SH and Rutgers at MSG. We need to develop these rivalries into an attraction as the new BE gets off the ground. A game with those locals if all were having good seasons should draw well.

Time will tell.

Also heard invoices were mailed yesterday with no increase in price over last year.

Already got my invoice.

Yes, it's the same overall price, but since the Barclay's Center game is not part of the season ticket (it doesn't say on the invoice, but we've already heard that it is not), then there is 1 less home game then last season, so in essance, we are paying more (or paying the same and getting less, either way).
