(Baha Mar Hoops) #13 Baylor, Thu., Nov. 21, 7p, CBSSN

I will tell you right now GUARANTEED, Eijofor was in the wrong place, that play was designed to get the ball to Smith cutting across the middle.
BUT, F’ Pitino and that stupid complex 5 men from out of bounds “let me show you what a genius I am” stupid a$$ unnecessary dopey play. Too much confusion did nothing but confuse his own team and wind up with the wrong man on the line. Also why were not AT LEAST 3 players on the defensive side of the court? Sorry, but Mr. HOF has not impressed this fan one bit in his year+ here.
The play was designed to get Smith the ball on the button hook but Baylor sniffed that out and guarded it. After that both Smith and Zuby saw the middle open and cut there. Unfortunately it was Zuby that caught it.

If Zuby is in the game there he has to run a go route straight to the rim and not look back.

Even if he makes one the game is virtually over, this hurts.

You have a 5-point lead with 14 seconds left you have to win. And, if you have a bum FT shooter on the team, you know as a coach he shouldn’t be on the floor. It’s on him. Putting Prey in the 1st OT? Not playing Smith while we’re blowing the lead?

Those are on him.

Once upon a time, there was an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years.

One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. “Such bad luck,” they said sympathetically, “you must be so sad.”

“We’ll see,” the farmer replied.

The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it two other wild horses.

“How wonderful,” the neighbors exclaimed! “Not only did your horse return, but you received two more. What great fortune you have!”

“We’ll see,” answered the farmer.

The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg. The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune. “Now your son cannot help you with your farming,” they said. “What terrible luck you have!”

“We’ll see,” replied the old farmer.

The following week, military officials came to the village to conscript young men into the army. Seeing that the son’s leg was broken, they passed him by. The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out. “Such great news. You must be so happy!”

The man smiled to himself and said once again.

“We’ll see,

I said I would've pulled the team off the line prior to the free throws.

Free throw shooting killed us….. but it came down to two free throws and ZUBY missed both. Edgecombe hits one shot all game he’s not NBA at all yet if at all.

Smith missed a big free throw. So did Scott. So did Richmond. Dunlap was cold not being in the game since the first half, and looked like a deer in the headlights from the line last season and an early game this season. Problem is Zuby should have given it up to Luis quickly. Zuby played his ass off all game. Took a pounding. Game was lost on 2 freak threes that should not have beat them if they made free throws and were stronger with the ball. They were outmuscled most of the second half. Looks like tomorrow will be a bullpen game.

Maybe the school should just hire you.....since you clearly know more than our coach!

You should start a gofundme to begin the buyout process!

At which time Smith immediately cut over the middle which is a standard Plan B if Plan A fails. Regardless, as you say, there is no was Eijofor should be the one moving to the ball.
