Fox Sports acquired the rights to the theme to use for college basketball for the 2018-19 season, but Tesh, who owns the song, said that its deal "doesn’t preclude any media company from using the song for NBA games" CNBC, 4/30

Like the Kid's game but if anything, he should have "declared for NBA" and gotten advice in where he needs to improve. He is risking damage to his successes/awards by coming back. Believe he was draftable now. Winning BE and NCAA are only things that will increase his value.
