Around the Big East

Here's the point, 4 games in 4 day is a real real hard, winning 3 in 3 days much easier in my opinion.

Plus winning the BET, and their confidence would be even be more higher then what it is now.

You're right though, if we don't win it, then yeah 6th would probably be best.

This might be an unpopular opinion but I’d rather they make the NCAAs and win a game in the round of 64 than anything else. Would I love to see them win the BE tournament? Of course. It would be easily their biggest accomplishment in 2 decades. 3 games/4 games…it’s all irrelevant to me when Depaul is your 1st game. Either path is gonna knock the crap out of them.

But, Christ, I want them to win a legit tournament game so damned bad.

Agree, winning a game in Dance w shot at second game perhaps garners tons of attention and publicity, something Pitino enjoys a “tad” lol

How much will that win vs. DePaul matter now? It's now considered a home game, which is major bs.

I’m old fashioned, it (assuming we’re 19-12 of course), would mean 20 wins. I don’t care if it’s the Washington Generals, 20 wins is a good barometer imho with our NET and KenPom. Saying that, I would not be opposed to us running the table 😉.

We control our own destiny more each day, just don’t F it up w a “huh” loss. Had no faith we could dig out of deep hole after blistering losing streak, happy we have a chance & not delusional about running anyone’s table 🙄

Would rather a seat at the table than run with it anyway ☺️

gotta take out gtown and DePaul and if so good chance we can move all the way up to 5th

Just need 1 loss from nova and PC each.

PC: @ G-Town, vs. uconn - G-Town is a automatic win, if we get 5th or 6th place it will probably come down to the PC/UCONN game 8pm next saturday and won't know until around 10, that will be a long long day.

Nova: @ SHU, vs Creighton - hope they atleast split.

Give me another shot at shu now that we aren't screwing games up in the 2nd half anymore (we wouldn't blow a 19pnt lead to SHU now). We'd beat SHU, then we brawl with whoever on Friday night.

You don’t think Cooley has that game circled on the schedule? Thankfully for us, and for the record I think Providence will win, that’s the last game he’ll/they’ll care about.
