The B.E. should drop DePaul. Why are they in the B.E, every year it's the same thing from them.
Drop them and add Dayton.
The former is not going to happen no matter how many times that sentiment is posted here. The later probably will eventually.

Well they're a waste having them in the league.
It’s not just about the Men’s basketball team, it’s about the Chicago market (has nothing to do with who is watch or in this case not watching them but the potential watching other teams in the conference, see Rutgers in the Big Ten as an example), politics and optics.
Unless you want a team from the Big Ten / ACC / etc. to take Seton Hall's bid (currently projected to be one of the final teams in), then it's a very good thing Seton Hall won tonight. DePaul is now halfway through their Big East schedule and has done zero damage to the other teams (0-10). Georgetown is 1-8 (win over DePaul), so they haven't hurt the conference either.
I'm hopeful that DePaul will start turning things around next year under a new coach (who knows if that'll ever happen), but for the next month and a half I just want to see them continue to get absolutely obliterated every game.

Stat of the night for me is DePaul with more turnovers (15) then field goals made (11) for the game. Just pathetic
Seems like DePaul is able to deliver on that,
Looking at the break-down of the standings in conference, it would have been nice to have grabbed one of those 3 close losses to separate us from the lower pack a bit. Being tied with Providence basically keeps us in the muddle, even though our metrics seem to be OK right now. I just think those were lost opportunities. But, onward and upward.... starting tonight. Would love to see us go on a great run now.
Finishing 6th in the Big Five has taken its toll on the Nova faithful.

Want UConn to win tonight need providence to lose some games and I want us to have the chance to dethrone UConn on Saturday. Tonight’s game ultra important though really need to beat Xavier.
