Around the Big East

No way. This kid came back to Seton Hall last year because he was hurt and didn't have any overseas options. Seton Hall was/is so desperate for bigs they took him, and he didn't play a second. It seems he basically conned Seton Hall into another free year of tuition, rehab, etc.
Him conning Seton Hall doesn't really affect me at all though.

I ultimately think Slazinski is our PF, but if it's 3 a.m. and it's only Yetna staring at us from across the bar . . .

To quote Denzel Washington's character Joe Miller from the movie Philadelphia, "Explain this to me like I am a two year old": (See clip link below)

How is Cam Whitmore projected to be a lottery pick #7 and Adama Sonogo (the Most Outstanding Player of the NCAA tournament) ranked 87th overall and is projected to not be drafted by any team.

Whitmore was a player who was decidedly mediocre as a Freshman for a less than stellar Villanova team. He had a brutal 1 to 2.3 assist to turnover ratio and when last seen abandoned his team by refusing to play in their NIT game. This following up a game where he scored a whopping four points, in a terrible effort, in an elimination game against Creighton in the Big East tournament.

Sanogo was brilliant throughout the season and showed that he was a dominant force against the best NCAA players in the country during the tournament.

I know the NBA is not college and they look for their own special skill sets, but just from the eye test there is no comparisons between these two players. Additionally one seems to be the consummate team player and the other one appears to be really selfish and immature.

You really answered your own question, but look at any NBA game. Back to the basket, or “old school” post players have pretty much no place in the NBA style game.

If creighton gets Rohde and/or Ashworth as transfer commits they won’t miss a beat. Especially both. Each fit like a glove.

Nembhard didn’t announce right? And Kaluma hasn’t even entered the portal unless I missed it.

So if this guys right, basically Arizona just targeted and acquired (bought) two starters off an elite 8 team.

Hey it sucks but we wish we were them.
