Around the Big East

So two transfers in for both Georgetown and Butler today:

Oh, see, Thad Matta knows nada about college hoops, grabbing a low mid-major guard to play in the mighty Bog East, lol..
Totally joking but trying to make a point that there are clusters of mid-major players who could play / would thrive in high-major / Big East hoops, and HC's of Matta's and Pitino's caliber can I.D. them 100%.
And, in spades, when they've coached them (Pitino) to the Dance.
Just my two cents.

We landed someone? What did I miss??

Ha, not yet, but we will.
Just trying to make the point that Rick is the better judge of evaluating whether players x, y, and z are capable of performing in the Big East than we are.
That's all.

But, but, but Hurley told us that no one player on UConn has an NIL deal.

I believed him at face value. I never took Hurley for a liar. This is disappointing, especially to hear about this on our holiest day, Easter.

Dan Hurley: “We don’t have a player on our team that is at UConn because of NIL”
