I could see Butler as a longshot 5th or 6th place team, but agree that won't get them into the dance. They are most fun Butler team to watch in a while though.

Don't disagree my friend and with usual suspects Marquette and Creighton looking extremely shaky, Nova & Gtown are our best bets.

Xavier is going to have a tough year but tonight vs Georgia they fought hard.

I think that is the biggest think Jr is looking for they fight hard and don't roll over this year before he expects to have a much better roster in years 2 and 3.

Wagner at Georgetown on ESPN+ at noon
Central Michigan at Marquette on TRUTV at 2
Providence at Penn State on TRUTV at 4.

Really must wins for all three.

Surprised to hear Penn st was picked to finish last in B1G, they seem pretty good.

Providence is the perfect portal watch team. Jones, Erwin, Vaaks are all intriguing talents. I definitely think they're more talented, athletic and intriguing than Creighton. But the disparity at coach makes me hesitant to proclaim any optimistic projection. A lot of dumb shots
