Will flood gates open on suits? Getting crazy.

And because of too many attorneys in this country, any plaintiff can find an attorney to bring almost any case. The ones that get summarily tossed are not reported except for when they get filed when there are big headlines.

If someone is employed at the then NJ minimum wage of, say, $14.00 per hour and the minimum wage later goes higher, can he or she sue for not being paid the higher wage, for the hours worked at the lower wage?

Aside from that, Kris Jenkins will be faced with other procedural and substantive defenses, and I predict this case gets tossed, but in the world we live in today, who knows.

The NCAA settlement includes former, present and future (up to ten years from now) athletes that goes back as far that it includes players who played when Jenkins played. He is one out of about 350 past and present athletes who opted out from the settlement out of a class of nearly 400,000 former and current athletes. Based on that, I sincerely doubt it gets summarily dismissed.

His is the first but won’t be the last despite the settlement when/if the judge finally approves it. She had questions and concerns yesterday that she asked for further clarifications and explanations but they are close.

Why would you let minor technicalities like facts and law get in the way of a good old fashioned generalization? Don't you know that's what this place is FOR??

His college basketball career has lead to his career as a broadcaster. His college basketball career has allowed him a much better chance to that job than any Joe, Tom or Steve who grew up dreaming of a career in broadcasting.

He and others like this should stop chasing ambulances.
Lawyers on the board, this is just a player that opted out of the class action and chose to bring suit individually right?

I was actually wondering if he would be on the move again.

Very early on I wondered whether he could have been a possibility if Watkins portaled and popped early. Vastly different look from what we are shaping up to be but thought that would make for an interesting frontcourt.
