April Live Recruiting Periods

Walker is a 2017 recruit. And LM regarded as a much higher prospect. Trust me, the Hall ain't taking Walker if they think it hurts them with LM. If they get Walker, it's because they've been on him for a while (he is down to the Hall and Cal) and they need an immediate PG with Jones graduating and them not being able to secure anyone for 2017 thus far.

Guess that a good thing!! Think he will verbal for us soon??

He was recently quoted as saying he would likely make decision in the fall before he starts senior year.

We'll be lucky if we're still in the mix by that point.... Kid just went for visit to Notre Dame.. Nicer campus, better athletics, academics etc...

what's not to love about Union Turnpike ?

Union Turnpike or Main Street USA, makes no difference to most kids these days. They want playing time in a prime time conference playing for a prime time coach with other prime time players. Very few are selecting schools because of academics. Success bring players. Two consecutive losing seasons makes it much harder. Three consecutive losing seasons makes it next to impossible to get an elite recruit.
