Any more talk of moe staying or going?

I think the NBA is becoming the new College Basketball league

46 kids declared for the draft last year - 7 from Prep School kids to JUCO and 39 division 1 underclassmen.
16 didn't get drafted
21 went in the first round
9 went in the second round

at the moment only 24 underclassmen having declared.

Last year 28 of those kids were from major division one leagues (BE/ACC/SEC/PAC12/Big 10/Big 12)
So far this year 21 kids are from those leagues.

Not sure how this will look in a couple of weeks but right now the class of players leaving, though very talented is smaller than the class that entered last year.

wow - great news for Moe. if he's being projected that high now, you'd have to figure he made an excellent decision. If 2 sources are projecting him to be that high of a selection, then it'd be tough for him to fall out of the 1st round, and the guaranteed contract.

yah was just looking at the rookie scale

moving from 15th to 9th is about 1.7 million more over 3 years. Moe would be one ridiculously happy young man.

Still can't believe Austin Rivers is a top 10 pick. Shows what little I know about basketball talent evaluation.

someone has to take into account the foreign players. still great news for him!

These sites do this for a living. There aren't many foreign players projected this year for some reason. I don't know the reason why but everywhere you look its 1-2 guys. Not a jumbled dictionary like previous years.

Take it for what it is being from opposingviews.com but they did have nice things to say about Moe. Going 13 overall.

Moe Harkless is an extremely gifted player who will be great for a Suns team that's a bit unsure of what direction they want to go into next year. The uncertainty surrounding Steve Nash only further complicates things. Fortunately, Phoenix can rest easy knowing that, regardless of what happens, it's getting one of the top freshmen in the nation from this past season. In his limited time at St. John's, Harkless proved that he had what it took to both score and rebound effectively against quality competition, which is something the franchise will always have a need for no matter who is running the offense.
