Had to distract them from your posts. But it's really simple simpleton. Go back to the post I cited and name your players and points scored on both teams you 3 dollar billAlmost as funny as when they lost it hearing about your Tir na Nog fries and nachos fiasco .
And , how you dragged that on far too long .
irrelevant I just busted you absolutely 1000% lying and you cant back your original statement up
Go back to your first statement where you cited points scored front court
I'll absolutely retract my lying statement if you name your players and ours in your statement
But you won't. Because you lie
You play your game and opinion your way .
Your getting personal here. And , insulting me . The Mods should issue you a warning .
Will they ?
We were a better team last year at the end of the season than we were at the beginning simply because Kadary was so much better at the end than he was at the beginning .I take your point, but I do think we improved last year from the November games. I think the defense became more connected and better. I think some roles emerged (or didn't emerge) on the offensive end. I think the team that lost a close one to GA wouldn't have beaten Uconn twice and gotten their clocks cleaned against ARK, a game which we all know was eminently winnable if not for some poor performances and tough breaks.
I agree with you though that I think the ceiling is higher for this group, and I think these early games will help us. If we took a 20 point beat down today, I would be more concerned though not sky-is-falling this early. This one sucked because every loss sucks and there were many moments in the second half when I thought we were going to pull it out. But I'm trying to keep perspective here.
HOW about Alabama basketball - which goes into MSG and beats St. John's 103-96.Crimson Tide lost 7 of their Top 10 scorers, and 4 of 5 starters off a team coming off the best 2-year run in school history - and don't miss a beat.Rocket, Bama has many more returning players than we do. Hence, their early season execution being so much better than ours. In spite of that we were right there at the end.
how come you didn't say that in your post ? Our front court players outplayed their front court players plain and simple and you are trying to dig yourself out of a hole and everyone is seeing it here live. It's worse than Geraldo Rivera episode breaking into Al Capone Vault.According to the statistics , Points in the Paint is a official measurement and in nearly all BB circles is evidence of front court efficiency .
Doesn’t matter who scores front court points according to the Scorekeeper .
If you're looking for receipts:Lots of receipts on this thread for year end for everyone. Hopefully Happy Posts the Tir Nada Queso receipt
Agree with everything except 4 and drinks on me at Oheka if I'm wrongIf you're looking for receipts:
1. I never saw this as a surefire Final 4 team. Only because I can't remember a surefire Final 4 team without a good point guard and/or a legit 5. No disrespect at all to Zuby who I love, but he isn't 6'11 and it's just different putting up a few 6'8 guys than having a 6'11 guy. But really more about the PG or the PG committee which is really what we have.
2. I also think we will be just fine and depending on matchup can make a good run in the NCAA tournament because there is talent on the roster and Pitino will figure it out. And maybe he will come up with a unique team that does make the Final 4, too early to tell.
3. I think the BE is a 3 bid league.
4. U Conn wins the Big East.
5. This team will get much better as the year goes on. It's just a group that's going to take time and coaching.
Not discouraged by today's game because it really just showed what the team is right now and there is a lot of room for growth with this group.
Keep embarrassing yourself but please when you do it quote your original post at the same time because it's all time redfan hall of shame worthyAccording to the statistics , Points in the Paint is a official measurement and in nearly all BB circles is evidence of front court efficiency .

Think we get 4 in with either PC or your favorite Marquette being number 4If you're looking for receipts:

No yet. Let's hope. Not at all. I wrote that we are a top 20-25 team. Will probably be our second best team since 2000. I think we can see the second weekend of the tournament if we get the right matchups.
We aren’t a title or even final four contender though.
What he’s doing though benefits his long term basketball prospects/career.Sellers battled today, feel for him playing out of position so much.
Doubt he could be an NBA PG, perhaps, in support of your comment, overseas. What he’s doing though benefits his long term basketball prospects/career.
