2nd Seton Hall game

Conflicting reports. Tierney said 4 miles and this says 7! If they close the roads like recent storms it won't matter if they are a half mile away. Hopefully we play since we are stealing right now.

They bigger question is will my urban professional league game be cancelled!

Also, Seton Hall's team has to get to the arena too, they're even further from Newark than our team is.

A friend who works for the Big East told me last night that St. John's, as noted here, was in a hotel a few miles from the arena, and that Seton Hall was staying in a Newark hotel.

I really think they're playing tonight. A 9:00 weeknight game wouldn't have gotten a great attendance number anyway and I'm sure Seton Hall wouldn't want to pay to rent out the Rock for another day for a makeup game.

Yea but as has been stated before, the game has to be played if the teams and refs can make it to the arena, so not sure the attendance even is in consideration.

I heard NJ Transit is not only running but cross honoring, sounds good so far if you are coming from NYC Penn Station
 
I don't think they'll cancel this game. If both teams and the television truck can get there I think that'll be the only thing that will matter. The attendance would've been poor at 9pm on a weeknight anyway IMO.

It looks like a "To Catch a Predator'" Reunion. The pigeon-toed guy with ripped shorts and boots is easily top 20 creepiest people I've ever seen.

I hope they play, if nothing else it will give us something to look forward to watching on yet another awful weather day.
