Also think we can all do ourselves a favor and not worry about metrics as much as just getting quality wins. Our metrics were excellent last year, and it didn't mean anything. We just have to win against NCAA quality teams. We won't fool anyone with a top 30 NET but no quality wins.

This meant little to us on Selection Sunday.
Most certainly doesn’t mean a damn thing in December.
It wouldn't mean anything if we had at least one quality win. We need to play very well from here on out. The loss to Georgia is one we are going to look back on if we don't make the NCAA.
Georgia loss may not be as bad as first thought.
Time will determine that.
I don't think it's a bad loss at all. It would have been a good win and that's what we needed. Now the Kansas State game is an absolute must win and preferably relatively easily. Then we need to be no worse than third in the conference if we don't want to be sweating selection Sunday.
The Georgia game would've given us cushion for the Big East. Now, we need to win K-State and probably win at least 2 games against UConn/Creighton/Marquette.
