2023-2024 Schedule

I like the Barclay as I can walk to games there but $350 for 2 tickets is rediculous. I will wait un til they open up to the upper decks and hopefilly get a pair for a hundred and then walk down to one of the sections for fans from games 1 and 2 which will be available as the losers will be leaving and the winners will be out partying.

I'm on the fence about going but I'm not a basketball junkie and would.not sit through more than the sju-bc game and a tiny bit more. I moght just buy the cheapest tix and move down. I can't imag8ne they will sell a lot of tickets at those prices, especially since Fordham has a fan base in the hundreds who can see a game on campus with their g.o. card and 25 cents. (Dating myself). An all in price to basically see one game makes the Charleston pricing a bargain.

My experience is anything at Barclays wait until a day or two before and get something on Stubhub from some poor sucker who needs to get rid of some tickets.

I don’t think I’ve ever spent 40 bucks for a ticket for SJU there and I’m always sitting lower bowl on the sideline. If I’m wrong this can be the one game I sit out this year.

Not this year, you'll have to open your wallet.

When they played Syracuse at Barclays last year I sat near the sideline and the teams guests/family. I took photos with Felipe Lopez and Immanuel Quickley. I paid $60...

On SeatGeek, I was able to get two tickets next to the Syracuse bench for $250. We were able to switch sides with a Syracuse fan on the St. John's side at half time.

For this year, it makes sense that we play Barclays as part of a neutral site, preseason showcase. The goal should be to play Barclays during the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament, but we would not have been allowed if it was our homecourt.

In the future, I think it would be great if we played the "third tier" Big East games at Barclays, or a big one-off OOC game each year. To really be NYC's team, we should be playing our best games at all of the pro arenas in the city. Being able to literally walk down the block from my apartment also makes me biased, but there is great public transit right nearby.

Years back I sat in a suite for a game at Barclays $20

Just got email from St. John’s, bought tickets for $38
Initially they were only issuing tickets for up close; now they are selling in the section 100 level. The $38 are in the corner but get there for the second half of the second game and scout out what is available down low in the sections for the schools that played in first game or see who is leaving after game 2. Who knows if the 200 level will open up and be more center courtish for the $38 price.

Not sure if this belongs here but wanted to share, just got off phone with a friend of mine from ESPN and was told SJU is in talks for ESPN radio to carry the Johnnie's this year, last year I couldn't find our games anywhere. This would be great news if it happens.
great info !!!

My concern there is that SJU may get bumped to radio purgatory because ESPN has so many other programming that would take precedence.
