Apples and Oranges. 3 games in 3 days will be against other teams on their 3rd game in 3 days.
This is 3 games in 6 days vs 5 days off.
Afraid I agree with LMF here, but that's why they play the games.
Beating them for the BET Championship, music to my ears.
Agree with both of you. I'll even say, I think we have a lead at halftime. Definitely think the MSG game is where we have a better chance. Their fans will be shocked that their "homecourt" is long gone

i hate UConn with a passion part of its living up here because it’s fake fandom you see. You’ll get the shitbags from Stratford at windmill choking on Hummel hotdogs telling you they go back to Corny Thompson days.It’s not like its Alabama/OSU football where it’s religion. They have diehards but for winning 6 titles in 25 years it should be end all be all but it’s not. Look, I am jealous with envy. I’ve been a Johnnies fan since 97. If we did what they’ve done we’d be a major brand. Last night the building was electric, not where it was 80-20 split. It was a sea of red! No more Storrs south. Well rested UConn at home playing better, us due for a loss coming off an exhausting game all points to a loss here. Which is why I fully expect we win! If we play the defense we played against Marquette and the refs don’t get influenced by whiny bitch boy we get the W! Of course it would help to make our free throws this game too.

Big opportunity for us to get a leg up on split at worst vs our top 3 challengers for first place.
I know, KNOW that Pitino won't permit a letdown and is preparing our guys to give UCONN everything they have.
Suddenly we have basically a 6 man rotation with spot minutes from Prey and Vince. Now Rick plays guys based on situations but not sure this will change.
A short bench concerns me a lot but one way to look at it is we have in rotation:
4 guards: Wilcher, Richmond, Smith, Luis
3 centers: Zuby, Reuben, Vince
4 forwards: Aaron, Luis, Zuby, Reuben
That seems to make sense to me. We are such good defenders, guys log a ton of minutes, but we can give a lot of different configurations if needed or based on situations.
A win vs UCONN in CT puts us in the drivers seat in league.
Not essential but a great opportunity for us. Lots of eyes on this program.
