Rhode Island wing Tyrese Martin will transfer, a source tells @RivalsPortal. Averaged over 12 points and seven rebounds last season. Will be a heavily recruited prospect this spring

I wasnt aware Griffin transferred into Stepinac. Not sure how much he intersected with Obi however. Might be grasping here a bit.

*Well Obi declared for Draft so moot point.

He's got nice size, but I don't think his stats were great enough to see him getting a ton of PT, so I assume he's mostly there for the academics.
Duke needs size next year.

They have three 6'8" guys and a 7-footer coming in, all ranked in the top 44 if 24-7 is to be believed. Tape may start at the beginning of the season, but I don't think he ends there.

Oklahoma, Seton Hall and Creighton are the newest programs to reach out and show interest in Rhode Island transfer Tyrese Martin, a source told @Stockrisers.

Arkansas grad transfer Jalen Harris tells me he's receiving interest from the following programs:

Wake Forest
Missouri
East Carolina
Cincinnati
Temple
Seton Hall
Georgetown
Hofstra
Louisiana Lafayette

Tape would be one of two over 6'8". (note, five guys 6'8" or better, must be nice).
One thing that bugged me when Mike was at Arkansas was he never dealt his hand when it came to recruits, always kept things quiet.
He can keep things quiet on the St. John's end but recruits can put things out on social media or answer questions when interviewed or does Mike tell recruits not to mention us?

Wofford graduate transfer Chevez Goodwin has heard from Georgia, Arkansas, Oregon State, Xavier, Cincinnati, USC, Virginia Tech, Wichita State, Wake Forest and VCU, a source told @Stockrisers.

No shortage of suitors for the 6-foot-10 forward. Averaged 11 points and six boards.

Any idea what Bigs we are in on? See lots of others but no St. John’s?

I really want Rand, if that’s the only big we get then thatd still be good having 6’7 Earlington, 6’7 Champagnie, 6’8 Ahmad Rand, 6’9 Josh Roberts, and 6’10 Isaih Moore.

There was always some concern about academics with Rand as I recall.
