The folks who were down on KD earier in the season are fools. Coach kept saying wait until KD gets in shape to play not a Seton Hall game, but a Pitino coached game with 120% effort, for 40 minutes. Well it happened. KD fills the stat sheet, and those who criticized his defense, well, ..I will be charitable and just say they erred.

Some were down on KR for not being in shape including staff, but credit to him for getting there and obviously killing it at both ends.

Although we missed 11 of our first 17 FTs, we made them when it counted. (Making 11 of last 14). That goes in the category of “Don’t try this at home boys and girls.”
