Brando has him as nba lottery pick this off seasonI'm actually curious to see what King will do. He can clearly play at this level, though might not be good enough to get starters minutes.

If they do, than I take it all back and we should get EVERY PLAYER WE CAN. But until then I'm taking UConvict -8.5.But what if they have a deep run in them?![]()
Agree, dont want to, nor think we have to and kind of doubt Rick would think we have to once he studies the roster. If the goal is a deep run in the NCAA tournament we shouldn't be raiding Iona.
He has you too, top 3.Brando has him as nba lottery pick this off season
Rick took 3 schools to the F4, and won NCs at 2.If the goal is a deep run in the NCAA tournament we shouldn't be raiding Iona.
He's old and has lost his fastball, remember?Rick took 3 schools to the F4, and won NCs at 2.
Why are we worried? honest question.
The man knows exactly what he's doing.
The reigning Big East Player of the Year came from George Mason. Another All BE first teamer Souley Boum was at San Francisco and UTEP before Xavier. Not saying anybody at Iona would be at that level but a couple of their best players added to a roster already comprised with other BE level players that Pitino likes with him coaching and that's a solid team right off the bat.If the goal is a deep run in the NCAA tournament we shouldn't be raiding Iona.
My height is legit without shoes. Of course my listed weight is pre pandemic thoughHe has you too, top 3.
No problem. My height is fake, and my weight is pre-1980.My height is legit without shoes. Of course my listed weight is pre pandemic though
Plenty of players in mid majors could make all big east teams. Heck we did great with Joel Soriano. Doesn't mean we should raid Fordham and try to get 3 or 4 players out of their starting line up. Basketball doesn't discriminate, if you're a mid major and you have a starting five that would get on to the 'all big east teams' (like Souley Boum or Tyler Kolek) your name would be Gonzaga and you'd make it to at least the sweet sixteen every year for the past I don't know decade or so.The reigning Big East Player of the Year came from George Mason. Exactly, especially if you're stepping up a level. If you want to cherry pick your favorite, that seems expected at this point. But bringing your whole team is not a recipe for success.Transfers from a coach's prior school are common. Willard to Maryland and Long followed. Holloway to Seton Hall and Ndefo followed. Could see 1/2 players follow a coach but shouldn't leave cabinet empty. Others may transfer on their own to other schools.
Siena was a 9 seed under Fran. Beat Ohio State in 2009Thirteen seed is probably the highest seed a MAAC school has ever gotten. Pitino's third and final season at Iona concludes with the regular season championship, MAAC tourney championship and a decent seed. A win over UConn is unlikely, though a cover is a possibility.

If I could delete the post I would, don't want to jinx Rick.Rick is the God Father, the Top NYC ballers now will run to SJU. You talking 95 UK? Ahhh yeah I give them props, they were pretty good, but that will be nothing compared to Rick's final act at SJU. Ready for a dynasty? A 3-peat is coming, SJU is about to take it to a whole new level with Rick.
Lots of smiles will be on SJU fans faces after what felt like going through hell for 23 years.
No No. No going back to bad habbits, Rick is behaving now so chillax.
Fun times are coming.
