I saw Cookie get his first win back in April at Citifield and he looked very sharp. He can be a little streaky but he's stayed healthy and racked up wins.

I think the key is our starting pitchers. We have a chance every day. Really not a “soft” spot in the rotation. The bigger “key” is health. I would also love Megill to come back and get some bullpen innings. He could really be another weapon. Good times.

So I get screwed once again by the MLB network. On Tuesday they had tomorrow's game on the schedule and now it's not there. That's because it's another "Apple TV" game. I wish I knew one of the 10 people who will be able to watch that game so I could bring some beer over to their house! What is wrong with these people? So I saw an offer on Groupon for free Apple TV for two months. All you have to do is cancel it before they start charging you after the two free months. So I will be able to see the game on mute and listen to the Mets announcers on my Sirius XM app on Alexa! The hoops that they make us jump through just to get our games!!!
There's also the St. John's games in the DR this weekend starting tomorrow afternoon at 4pm and you can stream that as well. I was sent the link by SJU sports. If anyone needs it let me know. There's another game on Sunday afternoon at 1pm and Monday night at 7pm.
