They finished number one the last two years. 24.5 point favorite seems a bit rich for my blood.
I might be tempted to take the points and Quinnipiac. That's a big number.
You do know Greg they only have 4 players suiting up.
I had no idea so I looked back. Last year they lost their opener at Yale 88-62 and to us 96-73. The year before they lost their first road game at UMASS 102-81 and at Florida 97-72. I have no idea if we will cover but that spread seems reasonable as both those teams won the MAAC regular season championship.
if we are looking at a 24.5 Full Game spread... we have to atleast be looking at a 14-15 pt Half time spread.... right Eric?

I wouldn't touch a first half spread. He's going to sending messages with who he starts. We will be a second half team again this year.

-- Pitino stressed the need for team to be better defensively. It's clearly his top concern.
-- Pitino on expectations: "For me, personally, I feel like I'm back at Louisville or Kentucky. It's the same feeling I had at Louisville, same feeling I had at Kentucky. That was the norm. So this is the norm now for St. John's."
-- Dillon Mitchell singled out Joson Sanon this week in practice as someone who is really trying to do other things besides scoring.

Bobcats had a 4 point lead at halftime last year when we played, 39-35. Then SJU flipped the switch and won 96-73
which is exactly why I would grope the hell out of Quin 1H lol

Dillon Mitchell is a really impressive kid. Just has leadership oozing out of every pore.
