Back in the day, Bishop Laughlin was its equal! And its sports program was far better.

Regis was much more well-known for academics than sports, certainly back in my high school days ('67-'71).

Now and then, they would field a decent team in some sport or another, but never a sports powerhouse, like a Laughlin was.

Bobcats had a 4 point lead at halftime last year when we played, 39-35. Then SJU flipped the switch and won 96-73

That was the teams MO last year. Won a lot of bets against SJU in the first half and on them in the second half. So many slow starts and great second halves. We'll see if this year's team is the same.
