I have little doubt that the P4 will not put up for long with the BE, A-10, and AAC being able to out-spend them for basketball. Probably sooner rather than later they will get the rules changes, find a work-around, or the good old-fashioned cheating will return in force.

I believe schools can still have NIL from outside sponsors but audited by Deloitte.
