Yankees 2025 Season

I can’t believe they had Chisholm miked while he was misplaying a ball or am I missing something?

Rodon was cruising......until he wasn't. And then, the roof fell in. The pitching was closer to batting practice than anything else. It was the whole series. Not a good weekend for the hurlers. Judge showed up tonight, but got zero help. This team is good enough to win this sad sack division, but not good enough to do much else.

Amazing that this management staff can't figure out how to get the Red Sox out. The Red Sox come in as a dead team and pulverized Yankee pitching. Year after year the same old story. Rodon twice had the chance to get out of an inning quickly and walked a batter, costing him. Thst can't happen. Will the Yankees ever figure out how to get Devers out? Amazing that this staff can't figure it out.

I was never a fan of these bullshit in-game interviews and miked up players. Let the friggin players just play.

Chapman so bad for the Yanks, but shuts them down twice this series.

Rodon was bad, but the bullpen was atrocious once again. How the hell can Boone say that the bullpen stuff is good, it is efficient, and they are in a good place? WTF game is he watching? Effing imbecile.

Yanks will face tough pitching in KC this week. Schmidt and Warren need to step up.

Offense has not been their problem, though. Boston is fourth in baseball in runs scored (and while fifth place is close to them, there's a huge drop-off after that).

The problem has been that their pitching has stunk. Only the A's and Rockies have allowed more runs (the Marlins one less).

Really, that played out this past weekend, only their good hitting slightly outdid their bad pitching. For most of the year, the opposite has been true.

This version of the Yanks really hard to watch at times. I hate watching players, even if talented, that seem to mail it in or are too casual with their play (Jazz, Grisham, Martian). Too much of Boone being Boone.

Another gem from Fried, and another BOMB from Judge. 6 for 16 with RISP always helps.

Unbelievable amount of soft contact off Fried.

Wells with some solid ABs. DJLM still looking OK.

Good win to open the series.

Why does idiot Boone have 5 lefty batters in against a tough lefty tonight? Should have had one more out, with switch hitting Dominguez in instead.
