PGs are born, not made. Sim isnt a pg and never will be.Market seems a little sparse so far and realistically am expecting they go with a proven PG and coachable combo guard, who embraces distributing. Some fans assume Sim can rise to the occasion in latter role, but in 29 mpg last year he did not generate a reasonable number of assists. Hopefully he improves there if called upon.
Huge hole, a crafty, smart passer who really put pressure on defenses. One thing I marvelled at last year was Kadary Richmond's pass first mentality. For a star level player, he was always looking to set up others and make the whole team better. His 2.65 to 1 assist to turnover ratio was truly outstanding. Filling the void that he left will be a challenge but hopefully we will find the right people to do it.
Nice player but I am always wary of guys who go to a new school each year.Saw Dug McDaniel just portaled. Curious if we are interested and also good sign more PGs may be entering.
5'11" with lots of turnovers. Would be a bit disappointing to me but he is fast for sure.Saw Dug McDaniel just portaled. Curious if we are interested and also good sign more PGs may be entering.
Agreed. He torched us at Michigan, and this year his team was a disaster so if Rick saw something, but I would hope we can do better.5'11" with lots of turnovers. Would be disappointing to me.
Smith - four different schoolsNice player but I am always wary of guys who go to a new school each year.
And his first transfer was a coaching change.Smith - four different schools
Richmond - three different schools
Sellers - will be choosing his 3rd different school.
Paul vi hs and sidwell are the usual powerhouses down here, along with Dematha and occasionally Gonzaga.McDaniel from DC
Lewis from DC

Know nothing here. Just wondering if we would try to entice a hot shot recruit with maybe a player he looked up to.Paul vi hs and sidwell are the usual powerhouses down here, along with Dematha and occasionally Gonzaga.
No idea though if McDaniel and lewis come from the same aau program. Do you know something?

DeMatha, Gonzaga, and St. John's along with Paul VI are NOW the usual powerhouses in the DMV. Sidwell is Johnny come lately. Traditionally, the Catholic school powerhouses down there are DeMatha, Gonzaga, and St. John's with Paul VI coming on the scene across the Potomac in VA in the 2000s.Paul vi hs and sidwell are the usual powerhouses down here, along with Dematha and occasionally Gonzaga.

You’re crazy. You’re welcome.Call me crazy fellas, but the player who put up big numbers in the B10 is someone I’d be interested in.
