Cheap compared to the NFL.In similar situation with my soccer team and I always drive. Getting there on weekdays is a rush hour nightmare. But getting home quickly at night is always my first priority. Also the LA metro isn't as nice or dependable as the LIRR I guess. PS for anyone wondering even thought it's women's soccer the average home attendance is over 19K so there's even more cars/people than a hoops game.
But I think for some it's an outrage having to pay $40 to park a car, though your math about parking costs vs. 4 train tickets is sound. But parking is a business, not a public service. And a very profitable one. When McCourt sold the Dodgers he also sold the stadium, but held on to the lots surrounding it.![]()
How much is parking at SoFi Stadium? Parking prices are being reported as $60 for season ticket holders and to get up into the $80 - $100 range for single gameday rates. Two off-site lots on SpotHero both are listed at $50 for regular gameday rates and you can take a rideshare service to the stadium entrance.
As for me to UBS: R/T from Forest Hills, $13, senior citizen rate. 23 minutes going via Jamaica (includes a 12 minute layover) and 17 minutes return, direct.
Back on topic, the Louglin Society is hosting their Winter Party tonight at the DePaul game and over a hundred signed up so there's that at least for attendance.
