THEY ARE. It’s why college basketball regular season is superior to the NBA regular season in my opinion. Because every game carries massive weight for P5 schools.

You are either trying to pick up a solid win for your resume, or you are trying to avoid a killer loss for your resume. Every game matters a ton.

They “build our case” by keeping “bad losses” off of our resume. This is a huge chance for us to pick up another big East win, avoid a terrible loss, and get back in the win column after a tough couple games. I’m not saying you guys need to like get all hype for this game, because obviously DePaul sucks. But I don’t get downplaying it. We need to stack wins and FAST and this is an opportunity to get the ball rolling

Hate to say it but Joel is a stiff. He has dominant stretches but they are now few and far between. He cannot be counted on game by game.

Unfortunately, Jenkins is the only player you can count on night in and night out. Its very disappointing.

GTown stinks…but we’re losers of 5/6 & cannot hit 3’s. GTown has Epps & Cook who can easily go off on us if we aren’t playing with focus. DP I think we handle both. GTown idk I just get an odd vibe they may be able to steal one. They can hang around a bit more than most ppl think. Nothing has come easy for us last 12-13 yrs.

Simply a get right game. This is all about confidence building. 5-6 guys should be in double figures, with a 25 point win minimum FULL STOP. Leave no doubt, score 90 pts and remember what it feels like to see the ball go through the hoop. There's not much analysis needed, it's coming at the perfect time given how down everything is.

Yes you would have loved to have this game a week ago or after Nova to compound wins, that's why the Xavier loss was so killer. But SJU is the last team to have played DePaul or Georgetown to date. Time to get right.

Today hurt but if we take care of Georgetown and DePaul and beat seton hall and Creighton at home and take at least 1 on the road of butler Marquette and providence still puts us at 12-8 and a guaranteed bid without needing to win games in the BET

I been waiting for a friday nite game in the tourny for 20 years. If i dont get that we gotta make the final four to make the season meaningful.
