who know what to beleive on Twitter... but apparently that Doc was made by a DePaul fan (?) - the former (now suspended) Big East Films account....
Goodman is apparently upset over it...? Not sure why... not sure who it painted in a bad light, except for what everyone already knew about Cooley.
I thought it was enjoyable. All the personalities that were interviewed were interesting, esp Fanta and the local PC guy... well done esp on what one has to assume was an extremely low budget

Same here, I seen RIP and was like "yo wtf, is this a joke, he's dead?"
I certainly didn't have Cooley in my dead pool, but after getting that phone call so many years ago from a friend, telling me that Thurman had died, nothing shocks me anymore.
Outside of live games I almost never watch/listen to college basketball stuff, with the exception of some short highlights or reactions. I saw mentions of Divine Providence last week but had zero interest in watching it. Then I saw the drama today and had to watch it. Funny how that works, nice going Goodman and Dauster.

YouTube took the documentary down. Apparently Goodman to clarify his opinion today via a podcast.
He will blame SJU.
I initially thought the mistress rumors spread by PC fans last March were sour grapes, but this documentary being taken down makes me think they were true. Goodman may blame it on the one fan comparing Cooley to Hitler, which I thought was ridiculous and only poorly reflected on the fan if anything. I doubt that fan had anything to do with the video's removal and threats, though. This was about the mistress comments.
It's funny because I read rumors that Georgetown wasn't interested in Pitino due to his past controversies, but in year one the Johnnies are far better positioned both on the court and from a PR perspective.
