This team just can't hit with RISP. 9 for 12. You can't make this shit up. Terrible.

Another 13 strikeouts tonight. This team is going nowhere.

The offense is still subpar and in the doldrums.

Obviously the Yankees scouting report on de la Cruz was dead wrong.

How can the NY Yankees settle for having an idiot like Aaron Boone as their manager? Why on earth did he pull Rodon after 88 pitches? That move set the stage for the collapse tonight. The Yankees would literally be better off not having a manager if the guy is only going to go off of a script made before the game. Boone is a complete liability, and the fact that this moron has been signed to two contract extensions does not make Hal Steinbrenner look good at all.
 
Yankees have now lost 8 straight night games. The last time they won a night game was that 1-0 victory in KC on June 12th (they are 3-1 in days games over this same span).
 
When I saw Rodon removed I knew this was going to be a loss. As I have said many, many times, they will never, ever win a championship with idiot Boone as Manager.

Boone will probably get another extension, along with the true culprit, Cashman. Enough already.
 
As long as fans keep attending games, feeding the beast, there is no reason to change.
