Yanks not competitive unless Judge plays. Pathetic at bats and only better than average pitching will yield 85 wins. Donaldson, a disaster again. Now DJ looks eerily similar to JD. Volpe can’t be blamed because he’s learning still. Rizzo on a downward tear! Gleyber has been adequate. Calhoun a bright spot. But overall, not a winning team on field right now. Even tho Cashman has had some good moves over the years, bringing in Donaldson, Stanton, Mr Strikeout, lately he makes Yanks look Cash-less! When IKF is your best offensive hope you have serious problems.
 
This team is dead! No life! No sense of urgency to do anything. And not. A good defensive club either. Gleyber poor offensively.
 
3 effing hits tonight against a horribly bad pitching staff. And their 2 runs were lucky.

When you struggle scoring runs, you cannot afford to continue to make one fundamental mistake after another. Tonight Rizzo gets picked off, and a Red Sux runner advances due to the Yankees inability to make a simple throw from the outfield to second bae. I guess that was on Torres. No big surprise there. Who the hell is responsible for this almost daily lack of fundamentals?

Can't wait to hear from Boone how he thought the at bats were competitive.

King and Marinaccio continue to not impress me. Stop putting on base the 1st batter you face!

Guaranteed the Muts come out of their slump Tuesday and Wednesday. No reason for the Yanks not to pitch Severino and Cole with all the open dates.

I usually hate the Yankees having 3 days off in a span of 8 days, but we could use it right now. Bader could be back by the Boston series, which will help, especially wrt outfield defense.
 
This team will be lucky to make the playoffs. The object should be to win the World Series. Sure do miss George!
 
How Stanton is getting all these days off with all the open dates is beyond me. As terrible a contact hitter he is, with all these one run games / losses, even he might run into a homer every decade. Such a terrible roster.
 
Unbelievable that this lineup exists at this point in the season. Need Cole to be an ace and get out with the sweep.
