Move over William Butler Yeats!
I should add that was also written few hours after 4 IPAs abd 2 plant based hot dogs ( not your if it was beyond meat or impossible foods or someone else ) but the plant based hot dogs were delicious. The Coney Island IPA sucked then went to Goose Island which didn’t taste good ( normally I like them ) so then went to the cant miss Lagunitas

Does altered taste perception suggest the possibility of power-assisted taste buds?

Same with me in Huntington
what part of Huntington ? My brother still doesn’t have power in halesite
I live in Cold Spring Hills. My next door neighbor and I never lost power but everyone else in the immediate area did. Some just got their power back earlier today. A friend who lives in Audubon Woods had their power back about an hour ago ago.

I tried to go up Woodbury Road Wednesday and there was a huge tree down about three blocks south of 25A, they had the road closed off. A lot of traffic lights were out, I just headed over to 110 south and went home.

Saw you talking about warm beer due to the situation. Red wine doesn't need refrigeration and Single Malts work well straight up or with just a few drops of water.;)

She was in tears apologizing and I wasn’t even angry because my car is a 2 door and if she hit me head in from behind would have destroyed my rear and who knows what kind of whiplash and wound gave crunched me into the SUV right in front of me. I felt like a parent trying to calm her down telling her everything was gonna be fine

You likely kept gas in it all these years.

I've done the same thing with a troy bilt gas powered garden tool. The dumb thing is I've done it twice now.

Got power back on Monday afternoon at noon. Was without it for 6 1/2 days. Sucks when you're on a well too! We went to a hotel for two nights just have a/c, TV and running water! :)

But just got internet, cable TV and phone service back last night. Power outage caused a problem with the box connecting my Optimum cable to the street. Technician said it was an easy fix and that I was one of the lucky ones. Glad to be back and see how many posts I've missed here.
