If Ahmed and Clark can provide muscle up front, Owens becomes much more valuable with his over the top shot block game. If we also land a strong (literally) 4 / 5, rotations become very flexible.

Agree. Even if Ahmed and Clark can both play 3/4 (my guess is Ahmed slides back to the 3) having both of them up front along with Owens at the 5 is much more formidable defensively and on the backboards.
We are going to be even harder to guard because Simon and Clark can both score. Clark I've heard is still more of a sf, with good range, but will be a 3 that can physically dominate lots of other 3's.
